Balance Your pH ~ 護膚要平衡pH

如果肌膚pH值太高(鹼性過高),表面特別乾容易出現乾紋;但如果pH值太低(酸性過高),肌膚又容易過敏又痕又紅!所以最理想就是時刻保持肌膚pH5.5,這樣就最健康!要平衡pH,食療好重要 ~

我們平日多吃的肉類、奶類、咖啡、澱粉質等,大多都酸性度高,要平衡的話,需要多吃鹼性食物:

鹼性蔬菜 ~ 蘿蔔、蒜頭、青瓜、西芹、西蘭花、洋蔥
鹼性生果 ~ 蘋果、香蕉、莓、提子、西瓜
鹼性蛋白質 ~ 杏仁、栗子、豆腐
